Infinity Laser Med Spa requires 24 hours notice reschedule or cancellation notice of your scheduled service(s). Clients who fail to adhere to this policy will be subject to a $35 fee. If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service charge when booking your next appointment. If you cancel the same day or no call/no show twice, you will no longer be able to book an appointment unless the service is prepaid at the time of booking. No refunds will be given if you do not show for an appointment. We are a small business and last minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our business.
